Hang or problem during firmware update on your 5800 XM?

I had couple of friends having trouble with their 5800 XM after software update to v30.

1. Phone Keep on restart.
2. Unable to key in pincode
3. Hang in the middle of update
4. etc..


Well, you guys can try this.

1. Take out the memory card, reboot your phone and then put back the memory card
2. Doesn't work?..Try take out your battery, press power button for 30 sec, and put back your battery, and reboot
3. Still doesn't work..so no choice,..take out your battery, perform a hard reset. (hard reset your phone by off it, hold camera button+red button+ green button and reboot. wait for nokia handshake screen before release all the button)

IF still doesn't help, well, sent to Nokia SC to help claim warranty..I believe all 5800 users in Malaysia still have warranty on their phone as this phone just release end of last year..
