How to set proxy using your 5800 XM

Well, most of the time, company or government need proxy before we can used their wireless internet connection. It did took me a while to figure out..well, here goes..

1. Got to Menu>Settings>Connectivity>Destinations



2. Select Internet


3. Choose the wireless connection that you need to set proxy to.
REMINDER: Please make sure that you haven't connect to your wireless connection yet. If you unable to detect your connection, select refresh.



4. Double tap the desire wireless connection to gain access on the connection details



5. Select Options>Advanced Setting to set the proxy needed.Now you can just entered your proxy server address and proxy port number...



6. That's it...You can used your normal browser to surf the web..but remember to disable to proxy after using the wireless connection..
